The terms for using Shekhai

By creating an account or using the Shekhai website, application or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

• "Organization" means a company, institution or training provider that holds an account on the Services.
• "Administrator" means a user who manages an Organization's account, users and settings.
• "Trainer" means a user who creates or delivers courses, lessons, assessments or seminars.
• "Trainee" or "Learner" means a user who enrolls in or completes training.
• "Content" means any text, files, media, courses, assessments or other materials submitted to the Services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Access to features depends on the role assigned to you. Organizations are responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for the actions of their users.

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, limits and billing periods are described on our Pricing page or in your order.

• Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Services or their security.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law.
• Share assessment answers or otherwise undermine the integrity of assessments and certificates.

You (or your Organization) retain ownership of the Content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

The Services, including software, design and trademarks, are owned by Shekhai Ltd. and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

AI features generate draft material based on your inputs. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is published or relied on. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, including AI-assisted content.

Assessments and certificates are issued by the Organization or Trainer running the course. We provide the technology but do not accredit courses or guarantee any professional recognition unless explicitly stated.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or video providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends. [Describe how and for how long data can be exported after termination.]

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shekhai Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. [Confirm limits with legal counsel.]

You agree to indemnify and hold Shekhai Ltd. harmless from claims arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
